User guide
Velodi is a Self-Service Bicycle system available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Velodi is a new transport solution destined for everyday travel between point A and point B. Thus, the first 30 minutes of each journey are included in the subscription cost. Use of Velodi beyond this time attracts additional payment for successive periods, with a maximum of 24 hours per journey (see rates for details). Please note that excess charges apply in the event of use for over 2 hours.
Velodi - easy-access freedom of movement
You can start to use this new service as soon as you have registered and taken out a subscription: bicycles can be withdrawn from any Velodi station by entering your login and pass code on the terminal's digital keypad; use the bicycle for your journey and return it to the station nearest your destination. There are 33 stations throughout the Grand Dijon area and a total of 330 bicycles.
Registering for Velodi
For long-term subscriptions (1 year), please register on our website or call our toll-free number: 0 800 200 305. Short-term subscriptions, valid for 7 days, are also available. To take out one of these subscriptions, you can use our website or apply directly via this Wap site. You will need to have your bank card ready and go to the Formule Liberté section. The following information is required to register for the Formule Liberté subscription: your date of birth, mobile phone number, bank card number and your approval of the general terms and conditions of use. As soon as your payment has been validated, your subscription will be activated for a duration of 7 days and you will immediately be able to borrow a Velodi bicycle from any of the 33 stations.
